Terms of Service

Assurlytics is a software product operated by Sybrius Systems LLC.

Unless otherwise specified in a separate written agreement, subscriptions to and use of Assurlytics are provided by Sybrius Systems LLC.

You must have legal capacity to enter into an agreement in your jurisdiction.

If you use Assurlytics on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

• Claim scrubbing
• Modifier guidance
• Denial assistance
• Documentation guidance
• Policy research
• Payer intelligence
• AI coaching
• Coding and billing education

Assurlytics provides informational and workflow assistance.

It does not replace professional judgment, payer guidance, official coding references, applicable regulations, contractual requirements, or legal advice.

Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all output before using it in coding, billing, reimbursement, compliance, or other decisions.

Assurlytics may generate content using artificial intelligence. AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or inappropriate for a specific circumstance.

You must independently verify information before relying on it.

Assurlytics does not guarantee that AI-generated coding, billing, policy, payer, or denial guidance will be correct or accepted by any payer or authority.

• Provide accurate account information
• Keep credentials secure
• Use Assurlytics lawfully
• Review generated results before use
• Avoid submitting prohibited data
• Respect licensing restrictions
• Follow payer and coding authority requirements
• Avoid reverse engineering or misuse of the service

Unless a specific Assurlytics service is expressly identified as supporting protected health information, users must not submit patient-identifiable PHI into Assurlytics.

Users are responsible for removing or de-identifying sensitive patient data before entering information into non-PHI workflows.

You are responsible for activity occurring under your account.

You must notify Assurlytics if you believe your account has been compromised.

Assurlytics may suspend accounts used in violation of these Terms.

Assurlytics may offer Free, Pro, Team, and Enterprise plans. Features, usage allowances, pricing, and entitlements may vary by plan.

Paid subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled, subject to the terms shown during checkout.

Paid subscriptions may be processed through Stripe or another payment provider. Applicable taxes may be added where required.

Users may cancel paid subscriptions according to the billing options made available through Assurlytics or its payment provider.

Unless otherwise stated, cancellation stops future renewals and does not necessarily create a refund for the current paid subscription period.

Except where required by law or otherwise stated, subscription payments may be non-refundable.

AI-powered functionality may be subject to monthly usage allowances, plan limits, fair-use controls, or technical restrictions.

Assurlytics may limit or temporarily restrict excessive or abusive usage.

Assurlytics software, branding, designs, documentation, workflows, and proprietary technology belong to Assurlytics, Sybrius Systems LLC, or their licensors.

Certain medical coding systems, datasets, payer materials, or other third-party content may be subject to separate intellectual property rights and licensing restrictions.

• Violating applicable law
• Committing fraud
• Submitting malicious code
• Attempting unauthorized system access
• Bypassing usage controls
• Reselling access without authorization
• Scraping protected datasets in violation of licensing restrictions
• Misrepresenting AI output as independently verified

Assurlytics may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We aim to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Assurlytics is provided on an as available basis to the extent permitted by law.

No guarantee is made regarding coding accuracy, reimbursement, payer acceptance, denial prevention, compliance outcomes, or financial results.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Assurlytics and Sybrius Systems LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from use of the service.

Assurlytics may update these Terms. Continued use after updated Terms become effective may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
