Terms of Service

Contracting entity

Assurlytics is operated by Sybrius Systems LLC, an Illinois limited liability company. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, your subscription and use of the service are provided by Sybrius Systems LLC.

Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to agree to these terms. If you use Assurlytics on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization.

Services

Assurlytics helps with ICD-10-CM coding, claim scrubbing, modifier guidance, denial help, documentation guidance, policy research, payer intelligence, AI coaching, and coding and billing education.

Informational help only

Assurlytics provides informational and workflow help only. It is not a substitute for professional judgment, payer guidance, official coding references, regulations, contract terms, or legal advice. Always review and validate output before using it for coding, billing, reimbursement, compliance, or any other decision.

AI output

Output may be generated by AI and can be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or unsuited to your specific circumstance. Verify it independently before relying on it. We do not guarantee that AI coding, billing, policy, payer, or denial guidance will be correct or accepted by any payer or authority.

Your responsibilities

When using Assurlytics, you agree to:

• Provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• Keep your credentials secure.
• Use the service lawfully.
• Review results before relying on them.
• Avoid entering prohibited data.
• Respect licensing restrictions.
• Follow payer and coding-authority requirements.
• Avoid reverse engineering, misuse, and attempts to bypass usage controls.

Health data

Do not submit patient-identifiable health data unless a specific service is expressly identified as supporting it. Before entering anything into a non-PHI workflow, remove or de-identify sensitive patient data.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account. If you suspect your account has been compromised, tell us right away. Accounts that violate these terms may be suspended.

Plans and billing

Payments and charges may be processed under the Sybrius Systems LLC name. Statements, invoices, and receipts may show Sybrius, Assurlytics, or a related descriptor. A purchase authorizes us and our payment processors to charge the selected plan amount. Plans may include Free, Pro, Team, and Enterprise, with different features, allowances, and pricing. Paid subscriptions may auto-renew until canceled, per the terms shown at checkout. Processing may use Stripe or another provider, and taxes may apply where required.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel through the billing options in the product or through your payment provider. Cancellation stops future renewals and does not necessarily refund the current period. Payments may be non-refundable except where the law or other terms require a refund. See our Refund Policy for details.

Usage limits

AI features may have monthly allowances, plan limits, fair-use controls, or technical restrictions. Excessive or abusive use may be limited or temporarily restricted.

Intellectual property

The software, branding, designs, documentation, workflows, and proprietary technology behind Assurlytics belong to the operator or its licensors. Certain coding systems, datasets, payer materials, or third-party content may carry their own intellectual-property or licensing restrictions.

Prohibited uses

Do not use Assurlytics to:

• Break the law.
• Commit fraud.
• Distribute malicious code.
• Attempt unauthorized access.
• Bypass usage controls.
• Resell the service without authorization.
• Scrape protected datasets in violation of their licensing.
• Present AI output as independently verified when it has not been.

Availability

Features may be changed, suspended, or discontinued. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an “as available” basis as permitted by law. We do not guarantee coding accuracy, reimbursement, payer acceptance, denial prevention, compliance outcomes, or financial results. To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither the service nor Sybrius Systems LLC is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continued use after updated terms take effect may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
