Assurlytics may process information users manually enter into product features such as Code Lookup, Claim Scrubber, Denial Help, Policy Research, Payer Intelligence, and AI Coach.

Users should not submit protected health information or other sensitive patient-identifiable information unless and until the applicable Assurlytics service is expressly designated and configured for that use.

Do not enter patient names, dates of birth, medical record numbers, Social Security numbers, addresses, or other directly identifying patient information into features that are designated as non-PHI workflows.

The Assurlytics Chrome Extension may communicate with Assurlytics services to provide coding, billing, denial, policy, payer, and other productivity features.

The extension should only request browser permissions required for supported functionality, and Assurlytics does not intentionally collect unrelated browsing activity.
