Information we collect

• Information you enter — content you provide while using features such as Code Lookup, Claim Scrubber, Denial Help, Policy Research, Payer Intelligence, and AI Coach.

Protected health information

Assurlytics is designed for workflows that do not require protected health information (PHI). Do not enter patient-identifiable health data — such as patient names, member IDs, dates of birth, or medical record numbers — into any workflow that is not expressly identified as supporting it. Use de-identified scenario data instead.

How we use information

We use the information we collect to:

• Operate and maintain the service.
• Authenticate you and manage your account and subscription.
• Apply plan limits and entitlements.
• Improve quality and reliability.
• Detect and prevent fraud and security issues.
• Provide support.

AI processing

Some features process your inputs with the help of third-party AI providers. AI output is provided as decision support: always review it before relying on it for coding, billing, or any other decision.

Chrome Extension

If you use the Assurlytics Chrome Extension, its permissions are limited to what is needed to deliver the extension's supported functionality.

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, sessions, security, remembering your preferences, analytics, and subscription workflows. You can manage cookie preferences through the Cookie Settings link in the footer.
